Studio terms

If you have a Djuman CV account, you may open a Studio, free of charge: you become its owner. An account owns a single Studio. You give accurate information about your business: name, city and WhatsApp number. The Djuman CV team may contact you on that number about your Studio.

You answer for the use made of the Studio by the people who work in it with you.

You may invite people to work in your Studio, as a manager or as a writer, each with their own Djuman CV account; each of them accepts these terms. The Studio keeps a journal of what each member does, which you and your managers can read. The logo you add appears on your clients' CV share pages: you must hold the right to use it.

The Studio is meant for commercial use: you create CVs for your clients and set the price of your services freely. You act in your own name towards your clients; Djuman CV is not a party to the relationship between the Studio and its clients.

• Credits are bought in prepaid packs, at the price shown for your zone before payment. For a card payment, the payment provider adds the applicable local taxes.
• Each paid action shows its cost before you confirm it: activating or extending a CV, translating it, or making a translation independent. Drafts (within the stated limit), client files and letters cost no credit.
• A credit lot keeps the activation length and validity shown when it was bought. The lot that expires first is used first; an email normally warns you a week before expiry. Expired credits are lost.
• Apart from the refund provided in section 4, credits can't be converted into money or moved to another Studio. Trial credits given by Djuman CV are free of charge and aren't refundable.

A credit used is not given back, unless it was used up by a proven technical error: it is then given back through an adjustment of your balance. An intact lot, neither started nor expired, can be refunded on request at [email protected].

Activating a CV unlocks it for the length shown before the activation: exports, edits, letters, and AI assistance within a reasonable amount per CV.

At activation, the name on the CV is locked: an activated CV stays that person's and isn't used for another client, who has their own file. Small mistakes (accents, capitals, one or two letters) are fixed directly in the editor. Beyond that, the correction is requested from Djuman CV, which reviews it, then accepts or refuses it. The CV's title stays free.

• For your clients' data (identity, WhatsApp number, CV content, photos, notes), you are the data controller. Djuman CV hosts and processes it on your behalf, to provide the service, and makes no other use of it.
• You tell your clients how their data is used, get their agreement to create their CV and to contact them on WhatsApp, and use their data only for the service you provide them.
• A CV handed over by link can be viewed by anyone who has that link, until you turn sharing off, move the CV to the trash or delete the file.
• Your clients exercise their rights (access, correction, deletion) with you. When a client asks, you delete their file from its page: their CVs, letters, share links and files are erased for good, and the Studio's ledger keeps only the amounts and dates.

Djuman CV may suspend a Studio for a breach of these terms or of the terms of use, for fraud or for abusive use. A suspended Studio no longer adds clients or CVs, buys packs or uses credits; it keeps access to its clients' files, and its CVs already activated stay so until the end of their period. Its credits keep expiring on their date.

A Studio with no activity (no client, no credit, no payment) is deleted with its owner's account. While a Studio has activity, its owner's account can't be deleted from the app: the Studio is first closed on request at [email protected], on terms agreed with you (remaining credits, clients' files).

Pack prices, action costs and durations may change: new amounts apply to the purchases and actions that follow, and a lot already bought keeps the activation length and validity of its purchase. Significant changes to these terms are announced by email or in the app.
