Terms and conditions of use

Djuman CV is an online service for creating professional resumes, operated by Djuman. The service allows users to create, edit, translate and export resumes in PDF format, with the assistance of an artificial intelligence (Djumi).

An account that opens a Studio to create CVs for its clients, or that works in one, is also governed by the Studio terms.

Registration is open to any natural person of legal age. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. In the event of unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.

Djuman CV lets you create and edit CVs free of charge, with every template and a limited number of messages to the Djumi assistant on each CV. Payment applies to a single CV. It is asked to export that CV as a PDF, or earlier to use the reserved AI features. It gives access, for that CV and for a limited period stated before payment, to unlimited PDF export, the Djumi assistant beyond the free messages, grammar correction, translation and the AI cover letter. A daily usage limit protects the service against abuse. No subscription and no automatic renewal.

Prices are shown for your geographic region. For a card payment, the payment provider adds the applicable VAT or local taxes.

You retain full ownership of the content you enter into your resumes (text, photos, personal information). Djuman CV claims no intellectual property rights over your content.

Conversely, the templates, the interface, the source code and the Djuman brand remain the exclusive property of their respective authors.

The artificial intelligence features (summary generation, translation, grammar correction, the Djumi assistant) are provided as a writing aid. You remain responsible for reviewing and validating the generated content.

Djuman CV does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or relevance of the AI's suggestions. The generated content does not constitute professional advice.

The user agrees to:

• Not use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent the payment or security mechanisms
• Not include unlawful or defamatory content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties
• Not overload the service with automated or abusive requests

Djuman CV reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, abusive use of the service, or harmful behavior toward other users.

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Deletion permanently erases your CVs and related data. Exception: the account of the owner of a Studio with activity is deleted once the Studio is closed (see the Studio terms).

The service is provided "as is". Djuman CV makes every effort to ensure the availability and reliability of the service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Djuman shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service, in particular in the event of data loss, service interruption or AI errors.

Payments for the Pro plan are non-refundable once the service has been activated. However, in the event of a proven technical issue preventing use of the service, a refund request may be sent to [email protected].

Djuman CV reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of substantial changes by email or by notification within the application. Continued use of the service after a modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by Ivorian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.
